Fadeyev has solid claims at the weights but has been done no favours with a draw in stall one and a better bet may be La Marmotte, who has the perfect rails pitch in stall 18 and gets the vote ahead of Stir Crazy. As well as being well berthed, the selection is also in fair form and should appreciate the return to turf today. Jamie Osborne's Ten Dollars More is proving to be expensive to follow and may be best watched, while Retaliate disappointed at Yarmouth last time but may do better back over six furlongs today. Jost Van Dyke has solid claims on form and at the weights but is another that has been dealt a poor hand with the draw, while Madam Gaffer is less exposed than most of these but probably needs to improve. Stir Crazy is entitled to be thereabouts again and would be of interest if the market spoke in his favour but La Marmotte has the right ticks in plenty of boxes and he gets the vote.
