Most of these are old foes and last year’s winner Just That Lord counted Something Lucky and George Dryden among his victims when scoring at Wolverhampton last month. Something Lucky had earlier been narrowly beaten by It's All A Joke over track and trip and has subsequently finished well behind WARRIOR’S VALLEY at Southwell. The latter also won over course and distance earlier this month and David Griffith’s charge should go close again in his current form despite a 4lb rise. Drakefell finished well ahead of Captain Lars when landing a claimer at Wolverhampton recently having been beaten by Tathmeen at the same track earlier.
