CROWN RIDGE was far from disgraced on his reappearance over a longer trip here at the start of the month and looks well handicapped. He's certainly one for the short-list along with Richard Hannon's filly Looksmart, who returns from a break but is the type to do better as a three-year-old. Irie Ute's only win has been on the Fibresand but he didn't fare too badly at Wolverhampton last week while Lemon Drop Kid was highly tried in his first season and should have strengthened up over the winter. Hackett and Tony Hollis have had plenty of chances, however, and may find a few of these more progressive.
