This looks a fairly tight affair with Sainte Just just getting the call over Bienheureux and Lennel. The form of a race at Wolverhampton eight days ago could hold the key to affairs here as Bienheureux is now three pounds better off for the length-and-a-half he was beaten by Sainte Just over 12 furlongs on that occasion, and Lennel is three pounds better off for the length he was beaten by Saint Just in that same race. Factoring in the weights today and it points to Bienheuruex holding a good chance. That said, Sainte Just was relatively unexposed going into that race and should have more to come. Of the others, Amwell Brave ran well here three days ago and looks to be in good heart. He can go well on a surface that seems to bring out the best in him, but the others seem to have a little to find on bare ratings. This spins us back to the selection which is Sainte Just, the possible downside being that he has yet to sparkle in two previous runs here.
