Verdict
CHAUVELIN is best on this surface and won over track and trip before disappointing at Windsor last time. He makes more appeal than the veteran Salient, who landed a Class 6 handicap here last month. Thecornishcowboy won five times last year but continues to struggle despite tumbling down the weights while Investissement won a plating race here in March but has not been successful in handicap company since 2011. The returning Injun Sands has a shout on his best form of last season and is preferred to Felix Fabulla.
