The jury is out on Avidly after a couple of disappointing efforts while Double Dealites may not appreciate the drop in distance after winning an all-weather bumper over 2m here last month. The betting may give the best clue to Zanouska's chances on her return though she showed little in either start last year. Labyrinthine makes her debut for a new yard but her second in the French provinces last year is hard to assess while Elpida cost $310,000 as a yearling but her winning relative scored over 5f. Breeding suggests fellow newcomer MARTINETTE will prove better suited to middle-distances and Charlie Hills' filly gets the nod to make a winning start.
