In the claimer that opens the card Doubnov looks best in at the weights based on the official ratings but with Ian Williams' charge yet to run to anywhere near top form this term we turn to BEE STINGER as the winner with Dream Of Fortune also considered. Not disgraced in a really warm claimer last time the pick has been generally in good form including winning a handicap over a mile here in March off a mark of 68. He's never been tried over this far but has hinted as if the extra yardage will suit. Dream Of Fortune is rated the same as the pick and races off level terms. On the pick of his handicap performances he's a real live contender so we wouldn't be surprised to see him going close. Doubnov showed a really good level of form in Dubai for former connections but so far in three runs in the UK has been very disappointing. That said this is a massive step down in class and he might make the frame on these terms. Fantasy Ride needs to added to the list as one of the only runners here in any sort of form but Bee Stinger represents the safest choice.
