A moderate opener and SHATTER RESISTANT is a token pick with Franksalot and Piccostar the others of note. The selection has been a tad disappointing this term but produced one of his better efforts when staying on behind Tangerine Trees at Wolverhampton. He does have a poor draw but is sure to be closing when others have cried enough. Franksalot was rating in the 70's just over a year ago. That said, he has gone well for this apprentice in the past. Piccostar needs little introduction. She won a Kempton classified stakes earlier in the year though is returning from absence. Whiskey Creek has first time headgear. The Hoofer seems better around Kempton than at this circuit. Arfinnit has gone well for a female rider and is back to a handy mark. Szaba didn't show a great deal for James Eustace and makes a first appearance on an artificial surface. City For Conquest is a regular in plating contests these days. Shatter Resistant is our selection.
