Verdict
La Fortuna has the inside berth which isn't certain to suit as she was held up before finishing with a flourish to land a similar low-class handicap at Chelmsford. If she gets the breaks she can go close to defying a 3lb rise. However, CLERGYMAN, who landed an apprentice's race at Wolverhampton on Friday, went close to completing a double on the same track the following day where he got no sort of run in a better race. From the same mark here he can go in again. Blistering Dancer hasn't won for almost two years and never on an artificial surface and though he went close at Southwell last time he's been put up 2lb. Frank The Barber is generally thereabouts from this sort of mark but rarely wins while Noble Deed's long losing run goes back two years.
