Verdict

Sir Geoffrey looks too high in the weights now, but has plenty of early pace and could find himself taking on Feelin Foxy for the lead. The latter can be forgiven her latest poor effort as she never recovered from a slow start and is liable to sulk if she can't get her own way up front. The likelihood of a fast pace could play into the hands of EVEN BOLDER here. He let Northern Dare steal a march on him when a beaten favourite over C&D last month, but Eric Wheeler's charge is fancied to make amends today. Le Toreador drops down in class and looks the main danger.
