In low grade handicaps, like this one that ends the card, it often pays to side with recent good form and on that premise a shortlist is drawn up including RESENTFUL ANGEL, Solo River and Seventh Hill and it is the first mentioned that just gets the call. It could be the pick is better value for his success than the margin suggests last time after he idled in front inside the final stages. His mark rise is completely negated with his pilot allowed to use his full claim and he should be able to build on that course and distance success. Solo River has held his form well since landing a claimer at Leicester in June including back in this company on his last two efforts. He only just failed last time and should still be competitive under his revised mark. Seventh Hill found just one two good last time as did Chanrossa and both have a chance if building on that while Kashmina was a winner over hurdles last time so should go well now back on the level. Not an easy end to the day and the pin has landed on Resentful Angel.
