      Verdict

      Calidus Mirabilis has improved for being gelded and won at Dundalk before making a successful trip over to Chelmsford. Joseph O’Brien’s charge should go close again, despite the rise in class, but BELIEVE IN LOVE is preferred. The latter was beaten only a head by the progressive Goddess Of Love over track and trip on her handicap debut, with both Visibility and Eventful behind, and Roger Varian’s filly is taken to turn the tables in this. Glorious Caesar has a shout on an earlier second over course and distance and Lisbet is another to consider upped in distance by John Gosden for her handicap debut.
