Everything in this handicap is exposed and it has the feel of one of those races where you could pick four or five and still not come up with the winner. Nevertheless, Moayed has his best chance for a while and is taken to beat Cummiskey, Lygeton Lad and San Antonio. The selection has enjoyed seven of his nine all weather wins at the track, two of which have been over this trip. He has won three times from marks higher than this and he has been given a chance once more by the handicapper. The reverse is the case for Cummiskey. Jamie Osborne's four-year-old has only been tried over this trip once and did not run badly, but despite a 2lb drop since his last run he still looks to have too much weight at present. Lygeton Lad has won around here nine times, six of which have been over this trip. However, despite being 10lb lower than his highest winning mark, he does look to be on the downgrade at present and is not one to lump on just at the moment. Of the remainder, San Antonio has been running well in defeat here lately, but keeps going up in the weights as a result and although he looks booked for a good run he might just find a couple too good once more. But Moayed is back on a handy mark and can score.
