    Verdict

A reasonably tight affair but one in which we like the look of Hip Hop Harry over Maystock and Gallant Boy. The selection is visored for the first-time today and has Kieren Fallon in the plate. He is a course winner over ten furlongs but ran well behind an extremely well-handicapped rival over this trip last time. The handicapper has not over-reacted to that so he must go well. Classic Role was third in that race just referred to and is now marginally better off at the weights. However, we feel that Hip Hop Harry might come out best again. A similar comment can be attributed to Gallant Boy, although he is now well-weighted based on his course win over ten furlongs here a year ago. Maystock won well over 13 furlongs here last time out but has been raised 10 pounds in the ratings as a consequence. However, she looks progressive and has a seven-pound claimer booked but does lack a recent run. Ezz Elkheil has been raised for getting beaten last time, which seems a little harsh. The trip that Millville ran over last time was inadequate and, seeing that he has raced only twice, it is hard to fully assess him based on a 10-furlong win here on his debut. Of the others, four-time German winner Kashimo is hard to assess so watch the betting for clues, while Private Benjamin sprang a 50/1 surprise here last time but this will be tougher. Overall, though, we will side with Kieren Fallon and Hip Hop Harry. However, bear in mind that both the selection and Adalar were also declared to run on Tuesday.
