        Verdict

        SISTER GURU was returning from lay-off when winning this race last year but has a recent run under her belt this time round. Peter Hedger's mare gets the vote to reverse latest running with Dark Lane and come up trumps once again. Chevise won the first round of this sprint series here three weeks ago and is only 2lb higher today while Foie Gras bids for a hat-trick after landing a couple of Class 7 events at Kempton in December. Daneside went close under today's apprentice over track and trip last time and Putin can pop-up when in the mood.
