Based on official ratings only a small number of these have a realistic chance of winning and STAND IN FLAMES looks to have the most solid credentials. Monkey Glas, Desert Dreamer and Parisian Gift are others that have chances. Stand In Flames has struggled off her current mark since rising in the weights following a successful period earlier in the year. As a result connections have been left with little option than to contest claimers where she is suited by race conditions and while it was disappointing that she failed to score last time when everything went according to plan, she can make amends today. Monkey Glas is the top rated horse in the race but lacks a recent outing while Desert Dreamer is another who if returning on the same level of form that he left us on in June, he would be another contender. Parisian Gift raced very keenly last time out, possibly owing to freshness but Stand In Flames looks the one to beat.
