Verdict

STAR OF LOMBARDY went close again on fast ground at Bath last week having won at Southwell before that. This looks easier and Mark Johnston’s filly gets the nod. Rum Swizzle was placed over 1m4f at Wolverhampton on her reappearance and First Experience notched-up a string of placed efforts over a mile here earlier in the year but has yet to race over this far. Inke is not badly treated and should be sharper for a recent comeback while Kath's Legacy could go well with Jim Crowley a positive booking.
