        Verdict

        EXPEDIATE is one of the least exposed and Bob Cowell’s charge should be sharper for a recent comeback run and returning to 6f today - he gets the nod in an unappealing contest. Mother of Dragons is usually in the mix but looks no nearer winning while Branscombe faded badly in the closing stages at Newcastle last time and blinkers are applied for the first time. The rest are even harder to fancy though Vodka Pigeon slips further down the weights.
