    Verdict

Mine The Balance deserves to win a race after running some decent races in defeat of late but John Best's gelding is becoming expensive to follow and preference is for Magical Music, who gets the vote ahead of another last time out winner Mystified. The selection has come back well following an injury to win her last two starts and may still be ahead of the handicapper. Fateful Attraction seems to be in the grip of the handicapper now but may do better now that she tackles a mile, while Chia is difficult to recommend on recent evidence. Sweet Boulangere is entitled to need the run, while Tamagin disappointed at Wolverhampton last time but has better form here so may cannot be discounted completely. Mystified did everything asked of him when scoring at Wolverhampton last time but this looks tougher off a 4lb higher mark and preference is for Magical Music, who is taken to win again.
