    Verdict

FREDS MATE (NAP) came out second best in a fight to the line at Newcastle and an apprentice’s allowance further helps his cause as he returns to this longer trip for his handicap debut. Dunstan was sold after going close over a shorter trip at Wolverhampton and gets a change of headgear for his new yard while It‘s Not Risky posted his best effort to date when finishing second at the latter track. Dubawi Time has failed to figure so far but cheekpieces and this longer trip may bring improvement.
