Just the four runners here with Maslak selected ahead of Sowdrey. Maslak showed plenty of promise on his third start when second to Monzante at Kempton over a mile. The form looks fair enough and the step up in trip should suit so he has to be respected. Wandle made good late headway after running green on his Newmarket soft-ground debut so looks capable of winning races this year, while Spwdrey has shown promise on each start and, even though he was beaten 10 lengths by Soldiers Quest at Wolverhampton last time out, his stable is in good form and he comes here fit. Finally, the newcomer Anne Bronte has something to like on breeding, but for the selection we will side with Maslak.
