HARTY BOY can make the most of this drop in grade to open his account at the third time of asking; Why Nee Amy and Hawkspring head the dangers. It's usually worth standing up and taking note when Jamie Spencer teams up with Michael Bell and particularly so when they team up in this grade. He hasn't been beaten too far in maidens at this trip and should be a player now dropped in grade. Why Nee Amy has been given a real chance at the weights on her first run in this grade and has proved to be a consistent performer so far in her short career which counts for plenty in plating company. Hawkspring has also been a model of consistency but he has yet to win away from Southwell and will need the visor to work the oracle in order to bring his frustrating sequence to an end. He may have to wait a little longer as we reckon Harty Boy can take this.
