Eastern Gift, Bravo Bolivar and Enactment look the three to focus on here and the vote is given to Eastern Gift. The selection did not have the race run to suit but he still shaped promisingly on his debut in a decent maiden at Ascot. He is sure to come on for the experience and nominal improvement should make him tough to beat. Bravo Bolivar is a well-bred colt and this newcomer from the John Dunlop yard will not have to be anything out of the ordinary in order to get competitive here. Enactment hails from a top in-form yard and this colt is surely better than he showed in his racecourse debut when he was well beaten at Leciester. Walter Swinburn has got a fair strike-rate with his 2-year-olds so Apotheosis is another worth considering, but Eastern Gift showed enough on his debut to make him the one to beat.
