Pensax Lad failed to land a hat-trick last time having been raised 10lb for an earlier win at Wolverhampton. Fair Value has been raised only 2lb for winning at Kempton in December but had earlier finished behind the runner-up Clearing over track and trip. The latter has since been well beaten at Chelmsford when Royal Acquisition was fourth but Angelito has a shout on last year's placed efforts on Turf. HOPES N DREAMS has slipped down the weights and dropping in class for this, Kevin Ryan's charge looks to have every chance of recording his first win on the all-weather.
