Blue Quiver won very comfortably last time and can follow up from top-weight today, Jomus and Danzare could be the ones to chase him home. Blue Quiver's came at Wolverhampton over a slightly shorter trip when getting the better of Bauhinia. He deserved that success following some very promising runs, in particular here at Lingfield, and he can make it back to back wins. Jomus finished ahead of the selection when they met here last month. If the cheek pieces seemed to bring out improvement and if they work again this afternoon he has to be involved in the finish. However Blue Quiver has progressed since that race and may reverse the form this afternoon. Danzare is making his Lingfield debut but has been in hot form at Wolverhampton recently and could be good enough to reach the frame. In a pretty tight handicap Barons Spy is another to keep on the right side, but Blue Quiver is expected to defy his penalty and gets the verdict.
