A competitive handicap rounds off the card with many in-form rivals in opposition including Lyrical Way, Man The Gate and Fife And Drum, and we will take a chance on the last named. The six-year-old was second in a fair seller behind Burgundy last time and a reproduction of that effort would see him go close. Man The Gate is well weighted on his best form, but he was well backed and disappointed last time so for that reason is opposed. Lyrical Way is another in good form but he gave the impression that the handicapper had his measure when second behind Ryan¿s Future last time. Of the remainder, Escalade is another that is well weighted on his best form but his best efforts have been on turf, while Another Secret is from a very shrewd yard and is worth noting in the market. However, we recommend Fife And Drum in the finale.
