Beautiful Memory has to carry a double penalty having followed up a maiden success at Chelmsford with victory in novice company at the same track. But SPORTSWRITER also represents Godolphin and is fancied to take advantage of the weight concession given he was beaten only a nose at Newcastle recently and is partnered by William Buick today. Caspar The Cub made a promising start when just missing out at Wolverhampton and is another to consider but the remaining trio have shown little so far.
