    Verdict

KARISMA has not raced since finishing a modest fifth at Goodwood in June. But that is not bad form in the context of this weak maiden race and Roger Varian’s filly may prove good enough. Hidden Gem has had plenty of chances and was placed again when runner-up at Wolverhampton ahead of the less exposed Tell A Story, who can reverse running on only her second start. Wonderful Life is another returning from a lay-off while the four-year-old Galinthias, a half-brother to a winner, would not need to be anything out of the ordinary to get involved.
