A huge field to start proceedings but few with realistic chances. Cilaos Emery won a Punchestown bumper in April despite looking in need of experience. He looks a very promising type for hurdling but the experience of JOEY SASA could just be too much for him at this stage. Noel Meade's charge, a dual bumper winner, just failed to peg back Brelade over the track and trip last month and will take some beating. Arvico Bleu has been odds-on for both starts between the flags but beaten in both though he's obviously well regarded while winning point-to-pointer Fitzhenry, who was behind the selection last time on his debut under Rules, is the type to do much better.
