    Verdict

    Horsefly won over a shorter trip on the Turf course here recently while Kalma scored over today’s distance at Wolverhampton. Both of the above have beaten Ladywood but DAMNED ELUSIVE makes most appeal. A course and distance winner, the latter came up against Dancing King, who went on to land a four-timer, when second on her latest start and Andrew Balding’s filly gets another chance in this. Novice winner Golden Viola makes her handicap debut and is preferred to Cherokee Dance.
