      chased leaders on inside, closed over 2f out and soon not clear run, short of room early straight and switched left, every chance approaching final 1f and soon closed into 2nd, ran on same pace

      Verdict

      A couple of these finished a close-up third on their respective debuts. Mr Mccann attempted to make all over the minimum trip at Leicester but FOZZIE BEAR was beaten only a short-head in a bunch finish over track and trip and Roger Charlton’s charge may prove the one to side with. Silken Petals disappointed at Redcar having earlier finished runner-up at Kempton but is still preferred to Galileo Glass while the newcomer Ibn Aldar is the second foal of a winning sprinter.
