Few make any appeal and River Dart was upped in trip when finally winning on the all-weather with a victory over 2m at Kempton. He still should go well again and confirm running with fourth-placed Capricorn Prince but CHENG GONG is preferred having placed in all four outings on the all-weather since winning at Yarmouth in October, including a close-up third over today’s distance at Kempton last time when Billy Star was well beaten. The remainder are harder to recommend though Ramatuelle, a winner over 1m2f, looks worth another try over this longer trip.
