It's difficult to get away form GABRIAL THE HERO in this. He finished a promising second over C&D on his recent debut and normal progress from David Simcock's colt should see him off the mark here. Marmas has six lengths to make up with the selection on recent running, but he may still come out best of Marcus Tregoning's two runners as Chronic Flame failed to build on a decent debut effort when well beaten over a mile here last time. It's hard to make a serious case for any of the remainder unless the newcomer Ed De Gas turns out to be useful.
