      Verdict

      Baldovina can come out on top over the likes of Intersky Sports, Sweet World and Trickle. Baldovina seemed to go off the boil after a couple of promising efforts last summer, indeed she was thought good enough to contest a Listed event in Italy. For one reason or another she has failed to progress, finishing well beaten on her first two visits here. However, she was not that far behind the principals on her handicap bow here 10-days ago, and this drop to claiming company will tell us if she has gone at the game altogether. If there is any ability left, she should really be able to take advantage of this opportunity and so is the pick. Intersky Sports managed to land a similar contest at Southwell in January but disappointed at Wolverhampton next time and is now put back up in trip. He should fare better here, and will be expected to turn the tables on Sweet World at least on 6lb better terms than when they met a fortnight ago. Trickle seemed to be on the upgrade when last seen but will do well to give weight away all round, and all in all, we much prefer the claims of Baldovina who has been hiding her light under a bushel.
