A terrible race with a number of out of form types in opposition so RADIATOR ROONEY is a token call with Briannsta and Tamino others to note. The six-year-old invariably looks unlucky in running as he needs to be held up off a strong gallop. Staying on again into the places over five furlongs, he might find the sixth to his liking. Briannsta has popped up at prices in the past. A winner at Wolverhampton in October, he has been notably below par since. Tamino has shown plenty of early pace in the past so today's drop down from a mile is an interesting choice but on the negative, he is 0 from 16 on an artificial surface. Grand Palace is well handicapped versus his form with Derek Shaw. Davids Mark returns to the racecourse after a three month absence and may be better for that break. Dicey Affair is much higher rated on the turf than on an artificial surface so a watch of the market is advised to see if the Gary Moore stable are attempting a christmas gamble. Not easy to rule out many of these disappointing sorts and for the winner, we return to Radiator Rooney.
