        Verdict

        Now rated 82, Orange Blossom failed to run up to her mark when well beaten back in novice company at Catterick last time. It remains to be seen if she can return to form but SHINING posted her best effort so far when just missing out at Kempton last month having failed to get a clear run in the closing stages. Normal luck in-running could see her go one better in this and she’s preferred to Madame Vitesse, who also finished closer on her latest start without looking like winning. Storm Blitz is related to winning sprinters and could go well along with fellow newcomer and 180,000gns purchase Raheeb, a half-brother to a Group 3 winner over 5f.
