      Verdict

      ARYAL failed to land the odds when runner-up at Wolverhampton having also gone close here on his debut. Mark Johnston's charge still finished six lengths clear of the rest of the field last time and gets another chance in this. Edwyn Ralph showed improvement to take third place over track and trip three weeks ago and is preferred to Minimee and Frederick Alfred while both newcomers are related to minor winners with Incorporate perhaps proving best of that pair.
