Verdict

Honduras is the class act in the field and Gary Moore's gelding is taken to get back to winning ways at the main expense of Perfect Storm and Intersky Sports. The selection has plenty in hand on official ratings and would carry these home on old form. True, he has hardly been excelling himself over hurdles of late but a return to the flat may held stoke some of the old fire and he can record his first all-weather win. Perfect Storm is consistent but Bill Turner's gelding has a bit to find at the weights and has more placings to his name than wins. Competitor and Musango are both course and distance winners but neither has been in great form of late, whilst Kahlil Burke's pair of Intersky Sports and Dot's Delight are both dropped in grade in the hope of finding some improvement. Not a good start to the card and Honduras could just be a cut above.
