Verdict

Few would begrudge BABY DOTTIE a first win and she can finally achieve that here. The Dr Fong filly looks the yard's first string on jockey bookings and she has made the frame in six of her eight starts. Her trainer can certainly ready one to win after a break and the drop back in trip should not unduly inconvenience, so we will give her the nod. Dilys Maud has been tried over further than this despite a pedigree that suggests she should have enough speed to be competitive at 6f and she could prove a threat. Intriguing Look also represents the Phelan yard and should be suited by this trip, so may well be able to challenge Via Aurelia for some prize money.
