Verdict

LANKARAN (NAP) made a winning start in handicaps when beating a couple of subsequent winners at Kempton in June. There looks plenty more to come and he returns to action with Roger Varian’s yard in red-hot form. Billhilly is back up in trip after scoring over 7f at Newmarket and is preferred to Bath runner-up Brains but Double Dealing has a bit to prove over this far having landed an earlier hat-trick over shorter trips. Music To My Ears has a chance on recent form in Ireland while River Dawn could also go well and is preferred to Run Forrest Run.
