      Verdict

      A modest finale in which Rippling Waters has an obvious chance to land a first career success. He has obviously had issues as he makes just a sixth start in three seasons but his runs this term do set the standard. However, we'll take him on with BLIZZARD. The Medicean filly showed improvement on her second start when fourth at Nottingham, giving the impression that this drop back to 7f will suit. Hopefully she should have scope to unlock further progress after just a couple of starts and can make the most of the 8lb she receives from the Channon inmate. Antiguan Rock has shaped with promise in his two maiden outings and completes the shortlist.
