      Verdict

BAY LAUREL made a promising debut at Kempton last month when third to Janoub Nibras. The latter has since gone in again and normal improvement should see Harry Dunlop's filly off the mark. Our Sweet Art was beaten five lengths in a stronger maiden at Goodwood on her introduction and can figure along with Why So Fast, who showed some progress at Windsor on her latest start. Jet Acclaim disappointed last time having finished runner-up at Wolverhampton in May and is capable of better while Ovett could prove best of the newcomers.
