Dasher Reilly ran better at Stratford last month when out of the handicap and he has every chance if able to reproduce that form racing off his proper mark today but he is not the most consistent of performers and preference is for PIPERS LEGEND, who gets the nod ahead of Count The Cost. Michael Madgwick's gelding opened his account over fences at the 11th time of asking when successful at Fontwell when last seen in May and he has to be respected on his reappearance off just a 4lb higher mark today. Chris Gordon's Winning Show is difficult to recommend on the evidence of his two recent starts and of more interest may be Martin Keighley's PonchaTrain, who makes his reappearance but comes from a yard very much in form at present. The vote though goes the way of Sarah Humphrey's Pipers Legend, who has shown improved form this autumn with placed efforts in two of his last three starts and being there with every chance prior to falling in his other outing. He can gain a deserved success today.
