This looks tricky with several major yards represented by untested fillies. John Gosden has two entries with Middle Creek, a half-sister eight winners, of obvious interest despite a couple of moderate runs though Sophie Grey showed real potential on her debut here last month when not getting the run of the race. Frown is certain to have benefited from her opening run at Wolverhampton while Liberty Lynx will have found 7f much too short here a couple of weeks ago. Godolphin have two entries and Spring Waterfall made a bold bid to lead all over slightly shorter here in November and should be suited by the step-up in trip though the Dubawi filly Calliandra has a very nice pedigree for this sort of trip and the market should be observed. Joseph O'Brien also has a pair of entries and AIBELL can take this prize back to Ireland. She caught the eye when a close fourth behind the odds-on Adaliya at Dundalk and her stable companion Ship Of Dreams, who finished just in front, has won subsequently. Dream Point is the other O'Brien entry and she also caught the eye in the same race as the selection so it would be no shock to see her in the frame.
