        Verdict

        Lord Buffhead scored on turf back in September but has yet to win on the all-weather and can race off a 7lb lower mark as a consequence. He should be thereabouts but MONUMENTAL MAN makes more appeal. The latter was caught close home over 6f at Wolverhampton last time and today's drop back in trip could see him off the mark. Kaylee ran well on a couple of occasions at Wolverhampton only to disappoint when favourite at Kempton recently and Itum is preferred on his recent defeat by Brandywell Boy who runs in the previous race.
