      Verdict

All Quiet made a winning return to the all-weather when scoring in a similar contest over course and distance on Wednesday and is taken to follow up at the main expense of Tuscarora and Manic. The selection won with a bit in hand earlier in the week and there should be more to come from Richard Hannon's filly, especially on a surface on which she is still unexposed. Tuscarora and Manic have to be respected; both have been running consistently well off similar marks to today's in recent outings and should again be thereabouts but could probably do with some help from the handicapper. Top weight Minimum Bid has struggled off her new mark in two starts since winning here over six furlongs and has yet to prove her effectiveness over today's trip, while Missus Links looks the clear second string of Richard Hannon's two runners. Ivory Lace and Witches Broom have claims on the pick of their form but have not shown that for some time and preference is for All Quiet, who is taken to follow up her Wednesday success.
