BETSALOTTIE has obvious claims having won at Windsor before narrowly beaten over track and trip. John Bridger’s charge finished in front of Karam Albaari, Stand Guard and Tommys Geal last time and should make another bold bid. Silver Dixie was ahead of Attain when fifth over 1m2f here recently but hasn’t won since 2015 and Hermosa Vaquera makes more appeal back on the all-weather having won on the Polytrack here during the summer before landing a double on the Turf course. Lady Of Steel is less exposed than most and worth a second glance.
