Toast Of New York won the UAE Derby at Meydan back in 2014 but hasn’t raced since. He’s certainly good enough if at his best on his return while Intern has been off the track since June but has claims on his earlier second in the Classic Trial at Sandown. Mr Scaramanga hasn’t progressed as expected this year and Every Chance looks up against it on these terms so that leaves PETITE JACK (NAP) looking the safest option. The latter won at Chelmsford earlier and wasn’t beaten far when fourth behind the 105-rated Master The World in the Listed Churchill Stakes here last month.
