Mr Bountiful has been a consistent sort and can prevail at the expense of Chateau Nicol, Inistrahull Island, Pants and He Who Dares. Mr Bountiful is a regular here and has collected twice in the past. His latest victory came less than a month ago, since when he has twice been placed at the Surrey track. At the weights he should maintain form over Inistrahull Island, while he meets Chateau Nicol on far better terms than when they met a week ago. Just in front of him then was Cold Climate, and he too can be expected to put up a bold show. In turn, Inistrahull Island meets Pants on more favourable terms for a narrow defeat here recently. He Who Dares opened his account here in September, and has since added to that at Nottingham, overcoming a slow start in the process. There may be more to come from him, but in a wide-open start to the meeting, the pin comes down on Mr Bountiful.
