Verdict
Dragon Sun is now 10lb higher than when scoring at Beverley last year having been raised further in the weights after going close at Chelmsford. Lady Bowthorpe will be winning a handicap this year judged on last season’s placed efforts and has more scope than Canal Rocks while Elmejor is another unexposed in handicaps though has yet to race over this far. The latter finished in front of CORAZON ESPINADO (NAP) over 7f here in March but Simon Dow’s charge will appreciate the return to a mile having won a higher grade contest over course and distance in January and is taken to turn the tables racing off a similar mark today.
